Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

You may request cancellation or rescheduling by calling +91 9310007268 as soon as possible. Cancellation is normally possible before the order enters cleaning, packing or dispatch.

Once preparation or dispatch has started, cancellation may not be possible. If FreshHubs cancels an accepted prepaid order, the eligible amount will be returned through the original payment method or another agreed method.

Delivery delays caused by traffic, weather, address issues or events outside our reasonable control may require a new delivery time. We will contact you when rescheduling is required.
